Jazz
Everything from solo pianists and instrumental duos to 7 & 8 piece vocal-led ensembles - we have something for every scenario, wether you require background music or something classy to dance to.

We can even do a 'package deal' if you hire one of our funk / soul bands for the evening, but require some live jazz earlier in the day.

Our jazz band, "The Jazz Reporters" offers instrumental ensembles (in size order) as follows:

• Jazz duo, consisting of piano or guitar with bass;
• Jazz trio, consisting of bass, piano or guitar, with sax, trumpet or drums;
• Jazz quartet - piano / guitar, bass, drums, and sax / trumpet;
• Jazz quintet - piano / guitar, bass, drums, sax and trumpet.

Ensembles with vocals (male or female) are as follows:

• Trio, consisting of piano or guitar, bass and vocals;
• Quartet - piano / guitar, bass, vocals, sax / trumpet or drums;
• Quintet - piano / guitar, bass, drums, vocals, sax or trumpet;
• Quintet - piano and guitar, bass, vocals and drums;
• Sextet - piano / guitar, bass, drums, vocals, sax and trumpet;
• Sextet - piano and guitar, bass, vocals, drums, sax or trumpet;
• Septet - piano, guitar, bass, vocals, drums, sax and trumpet;
• Octet - as above, but with both male and female vocals.
